MistyBlue Ranch will not be responsible for accident; sickness or death to said mare and/or foal.

MistyBlue will exercise judgment in the care and supervision of mare. It is also agreed that the Mare Owner will not be responsible for any disease, accident, or injury to THE SEQUEL that may be caused by the mare.

MistyBlue Ranch will diligently and reasonably try to settle said mare. If it is determined that said mare cannot be settled, MistyBlue Ranch will be held harmless. MistyBlue Ranch does guarantee a live foal from this mating. Should the foal not stand and suck, mare owner will be entitled to a return privilege. This guarantee will apply only if notice is received within one week of death. This notice must be accompanied by a statement from a licensed Veterinarian.

MistyBlue does GUARANTEE a Live foal. Mare Owner will be required to pay mare care and all vets bills during any rebreeding period.

It is further agreed that should the above stallion die or become unfit for breeding, or shall the mare die or become unfit for breeding, this contract shall be null and void.

Mares must have (Rhino) inoculations. It is agreed that mare owner is responsible for continuous Rhino vaccinations through the entire pregnancy.

Mare care is $7.00 per day. All Veterinarian charges and Farrier charges pertaining to this Mare are to be paid in full by the Mare Owner . Billing is monthly and due by the 10th of the month.

Breeding Fee is $600. A non-refundable booking fee of $250.00 should be returned with this signed contract to reserve breeding for said Mare for the 2002 Breeding season. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Connie or Tappy Hatley.
